At the time when the company started its mission was to amass all the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful. It still hasn't achieved that goal and it is estimated that it would take more than 300 years to complete that goal. Huh, way to go Google!
   
2. There are more than 40,000 Google searches per second. That accounts for more than 3.5 billion searches a day or 1.2 trillion searches a year . That is more than 170 times the total number of people on earth!
   
3. Google claims that a search query requires altogether about 1 kJ or 0.0003kW h of energy, which is enough to raise the temperature of one liter of water by 0.24 °C.
